Headliner #1 fireside

30-min conversation between a partner and the day's first headliner. Topic ties to the fund's thesis but the conversation feels substantive, not promotional. Press-ready moment.

10:15–10:30

Coffee, conversation, controlled chaos

Refreshments. Team works the room — partners triage to A-tier LPs, platform team checks in with founders before the showcase.

10:30–11:30

Founder showcase: rapid demos

Five back-to-back demos, 10 minutes each (8 min demo + 2 min Q&A), hard-stopped by a visible countdown clock. Curated mix across stages and sectors. This is the portfolio's marquee moment — energy high, pace tight.

1:30–2:30

Parallel tracks: thesis panel + closed-door LP session

Public track: thesis-themed panel with 2-3 founders + one external expert, moderated by a partner. Private track running simultaneously: closed-door session with GPs for LPs and prospects — financials, fund mechanics, deep Q&A. This is where serious fundraising conversations actually move forward.

2:30–3:15

Headliner #2 keynote or fireside

Second headliner takes the stage — could be a celebrated exited founder, a respected operator, or a public-market figure who lends credibility. Re-energizes the room for the final stretch.

3:15–3:30

Break

Refreshments. Photographer captures group shots. Partners begin warming up for evening conversations.

3:30–4:15

Lightning round + portfolio awards

90-second intros from newer portfolio companies, rapid-fire. Followed by a short awards segment recognizing portfolio milestones — first ARR, first major hire, exit, milestone of the year. This is where founders feel like stars, not props.

4:15–4:30

Closing remarks

Managing Partner closes the day. Thanks to founders, LPs, sponsors, headliners. Tease what's next — next year's event, an upcoming initiative, an open question for the community.

4:30–6:30

Reception

Open bar, food stations, music. The most valuable two hours of the day for relationship-building. Partners work the room with intent — every prospective LP has a pre-identified partner assigned to make contact.

6:30–8:30

The room where it happens

~30 people: top LP prospects, headliners, select founders, partners. Pre-arranged seating designed to maximize meaningful conversations. This is where multi-million-dollar conversations actually start.
