Hypercore is a loan management platform built for private credit lenders.
HYPERCORE handles the full loan lifecycle, from origination and underwriting through servicing, reporting, and restructuring, with automated fee and interest calculations, amortization schedules, covenant monitoring, and audit-ready controls on a single system. It now manages more than 10,000 loans worth over $20 billion.
Private credit grew into a multi-trillion dollar asset class while the software running it stayed in spreadsheets. The founders only saw that because a lending client asked them to build a tool and they went looking for what already existed.
NZVC invested in HYPERCORE from NZVC Fund I. We file the company under Fintech on the portfolio wall.
We invested because private credit has grown quickly while the software running it stayed stuck in spreadsheets and generic tools, leaving a wide opening for a purpose-built platform. Hypercore automates the fee, interest, and covenant work that lenders otherwise track by hand, which removes costly errors and frees teams to manage more loans. The founders pair deep lending domain knowledge with strong engineering, and they are building at the moment private credit is scaling and demanding better infrastructure.
