What Stickybeak does

Stickybeak's mobile-first surveys are designed to capture genuine reactions rather than survey fatigue, and it works as a self-serve alternative to a traditional research agency. It recruits real consumers through social channels for rapid tests anywhere in the world.

The secret

Around 75 percent of FMCG products miss what their target consumers expect, and the reason is timing rather than ignorance. Recruiting consumers through social channels returns answers in hours, which is fast enough for a marketer to test the everyday decisions that traditional research is too slow and too expensive to touch.

Why NZVC invested in Stickybeak

NZVC invested in Stickybeak from NZVC Fund I. We file the company under AI and B2B SaaS on the portfolio wall.

We backed Stickybeak because marketers make constant decisions that deserve real consumer input but rarely get it, since traditional research is too slow and too costly. The team came out of a research agency and understood exactly where the incumbent process breaks, then built a self-serve product that returns fast, reliable answers at a fraction of the price. As brand and product teams move more research in-house, we saw a large and growing market for a tool built for how marketers actually work.
