Spoke Phone raised $1.3 million in Auckland with the aim of ending the office landline. The system gives mobile and field workers the same call handling, recording and controls that desk-based staff have always had.
We backed Spoke because regulated industries are required to capture and monitor customer conversations, and mobile has been a persistent blind spot that legacy phone systems never solved well. Going after the landline first is what put the team on the mobile side of that gap while everyone else was rebuilding the desk phone. The platform now carries more than 5 million customer conversations every week.
