These pages describe what NZVC does and the companies it has backed. They are not an offer of financial products, not an invitation to invest, and not financial advice, and nothing on the site takes account of your circumstances.

What the pages describe is the past.

Where a page reports what a company has done, it says nothing about what that company or any NZVC fund will do next.

Where the company information comes from.

What we publish about a portfolio company comes from the company itself, from its founders on our podcast, or from a publication we name on the page. Companies change and pages go out of date, so check with the company before you rely on anything here.

Sites we link to.

We link to sites we do not run. What those sites say and do is theirs, not ours.

The pages themselves.

The writing, photographs, artwork and code on this site belong to NZVC or to the people we credit. Quote us with a link. Ask us before you republish a page.

Governing law.

New Zealand law governs this site, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about it.
